Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown in the “Total Cost” section. They are not included in the product price.

Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. During sales, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated.

Order Confirmation & Payment
Once your payment is successfully captured, we will begin processing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. The estimated delivery timeframe starts from that moment.

Delivery Options & Time
Available delivery methods and costs depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Our carriers strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, but delays can occasionally occur. If you haven’t received your parcel within the expected window, please contact us at support@quantet-media.shop — we’ll help track it down.

Risk & Ownership
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, ownership and risk of the products pass to you.


Return Policy

Return Period
You may return most products within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for reasonable reasons (e.g., wrong item, defect, change of mind).

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used pet toys (unless faulty)
  • Consumable products (e.g., treats, chews)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Sale Items
Discounted items are returnable unless clearly marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

How to Return
Please contact us at support@quantet-media.shop to request a return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. You do not need a separate Return Form — we’ll handle it via email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Any discounts applied to your order will be reflected in the refund amount

Exchanges
If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
